Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie sukcesywnych dostaw paliw płynnych: oleju napędowego ON (standardowego), oleju napędowego ON (o polepszonych właściwościach niskotemperaturowych), benzyny bezołowiowej Pb-95 1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie sukcesywnych dostaw n/w paliw płynnych: a) Oleju napędowego ON (standardowy, właściwy do warunków klimatycznych) w ilości około 6.600,00 m3 b) Oleju napędowego ON (o polepszonych własnościach niskotemperaturowych) w ilości około 15 m3 c) Benzyny bezołowiowej Pb-95 w ilości około 1.300,00 m3 2) Dostawy będą realizowane przez Wykonawcę na koszt własny. 3) Ilości dostarczonego paliwa będą rozliczane w temperaturze referencyjnej 15°C. 4) Oferowane paliwa muszą spełniać wymogi jakościowe dla paliw ciekłych określone w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz. U. z 2024 r., poz. 1018) oraz w Polskiej Normie: a) olej napędowy (ON standardowy) - PN-EN 590, b) olej napędowy (ON o polepszonych wł. niskotemperaturowych) - PN-EN 590, c) benzyny Pb-95 - PN-EN 228 5) Oferowane przez Wykonawcę paliwa muszą spełniać warunki dopuszczenia do obrotu i stosowania na terenie Polski
