1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest dostawa produktów, w zakresie oprogramowania Red Hat, których rodzaje i ilości zostały wskazane w Załączniku nr 1 do Umowy - formularzu odpowiedzi na wniosek o zamówienie. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w Załączniku nr 3 do Umowy ramowej. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się, że dostarczony przedmiot Umowy będzie spełniał wszystkie wymagania wskazane w Załączniku nr 3 do Umowy ramowej. 4. Lokalizacja dostawy: Sąd Apelacyjny w Krakowie ul. Przy Rondzie 3, 31-547 Kraków. 5: Termin wykonania: termin dostarczenia produktów wynosi do 7 dni roboczych od dnia zawarcia umowy wykonawczej, z zastrzeżeniem, że okres korzystania z poszczególnych zamawianych produktów został wskazany w Tabeli wyceny ( łącznie 12 miesięcy).
