Prawo zamówień publicznych. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa licencji: VMware vSphere Standard 8, VCF-VSP-STD-8; VMware vSphere Foundation 1-Year, VCF-VSP-FND-1Y; Omnissa Horizon 8 Advanced Term with VVF for VDI Edition: 10 Named User Pack for 1 year term license; includes Production Support/Subscription; VSAN, VCF-VSAN-8 na rzecz Sądu Apelacyjnego w Krakowie 3. Przedmiotowa procedura wykonawcza prowadzona jest w celu udzielenia zamówienia wykonawczego na podstawie art. 38 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.).
