1. Procedura wykonawcza prowadzona w celu udzielenia zamówienia wykonawczego w ramach Umowy ramowej nr WZP-43-102/2025 pn. „Umowa ramowa na dostawę oprogramowania Microsoft lub równoważnego na rzecz sądów powszechnych oraz Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości wraz z usługami towarzyszącymi” zgodnie z art. 314 ust. 1 pkt 1) ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 50 sztuk licencji oprogramowania AAA-03499 Office Std Dev SL, 24 sztuk licencji oprogramowania AAA-90052 Win Server Datcr Core 16 SL, 10 sztuk licencji oprogramowania AAA-03757 SQL Server Ent Core 2 LSA na rzecz Sądu Apelacyjnego w Krakowie oraz Instytutu Ekspertyz Sądowych im. Prof. dra Jana Sehna w Krakowie. 3. Przedmiotowa procedura wykonawcza prowadzona jest w celu udzielenia zamówienia wykonawczego na podstawie art. 38 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.).
