1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa instalacja i konfiguracja oprogramowania informatycznego wraz z integracją z systemem HIS pracującym u Zamawiającego oraz dostawą niezbędnego sprzętu dla Zakładu Patomorfologii, 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzu „Parametry wymagane” (zał. 2 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FPW”), formularz ten (dotyczy zadania nr 2) winien bezwzględnie być złożony wraz z formularzem oferty (zał. 1 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FO”). Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzu „Parametry wymagane” (zał. 2 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FPW”).; Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w formularzu „Parametry wymagane” (zał. 2 do SWZ, zwany dalej również jako „FPW”), formularz ten (dotyczy zadania nr 2) winien bezwzględnie być złożony wraz z formularzem oferty.
