1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie systemu informatycznego klasy ERP wraz ze świadczeniem serwisu utrzymaniowego i wsparcia licencyjnego na okres 5 lat. System ma objąć główne obszary działalności Zamawiającego , tj. sprzedaż, produkcję, świadczenie usług, kontrolę jakości, dystrybucję, zakupy i gospodarkę magazynową, utrzymanie ruchu i majątku, zarządzenie projektami oraz księgowości i kontroling. 2 Celem Zamawiającego jest otrzymanie kompletnego i wdrożonego sprawnie działającego systemu klasy ERP. W związku w tym, Zamawiający sporządził założenia systemu, które zostały przedstawione w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 7 do Opisu potrzeb i wymagań. Jednocześnie Zamawiający informuje, że dokument ma charakter wstępny, a finalny zakres przedmiotu zamówienia zostanie ustalony i w toku dialogu konkurencyjnego i w finalnej wersji udostępniony Wykonawcom na etapie składania ofert.
