1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania inwestycyjnego, polegającego na zakupie systemów informatycznych wraz z wdrożeniem oraz oprogramowania w ramach umowy nr KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0206/25/KPO/569/2025/554 na wsparcie bezzwrotne z planu rozwojowego przedsięwzięcia pn. „Transformacja cyfrowa w Samodzielnym Publicznym Zespole Zakładów Opieki Zdrowotnej w Ostrowi Mazowieckiej” w ramach inwestycji D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia” 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Parametry techniczne zostały określone w Załączniku Nr 2 do niniejszej SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na części - 14 części (Pakietów) - wyszczególnione w Załączniku Nr 2 do niniejszej SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Parametry wymagane Pakiet Nr 13 - Przedłużenie licencji na usługę posiadanego repozytorium EDM w chmurze oprogramowania HIS AMMS Asseco S.A. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Parametry techniczne zostały określone w Załączniku Nr 2 do niniejszej SWZ; Pakiet Nr 14 - Rozbudowa systemu HIS zamawiającego AMMS Asseco S.A. AI LLM - automatyczne tworzenie opisów lekarskich. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Parametry techniczne zostały określone w Załączniku Nr 2 do niniejszej SWZ
