Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup subskrypcji Red Hat lub rozwiązania równoważnego, obejmujące: 1) Część I: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters (SKU RH00002F3), wraz ze wsparciem producenta na poziomie Standard - 6 szt. obowiązujących przez okres 36 miesięcy, liczony od dnia 21.12.2026 r. 2) Część II: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania Red Hat OpenShift Platform Plus (MW01622), wraz ze wsparciem producenta na poziomie Standard - 20 szt., obowiązujących przez okres 36 miesięcy, liczony od dnia 21.12.2026 r. 2. Szczegółowy opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (SOPZ) dla części I znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, a dla części II w Załączniku nr 1a do SWZ i stanowią jej integralną część. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. 4. Zamawiający w ramach realizacji zamówienia nie przewiduje zastosowania prawa opcji, o którym mowa w art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp. 5. UWAGA! Dotyczy części II: Zgodnie z pkt. 81 SOPZ stanowiący załącznik nr 1a do SWZ oraz § 3 ust. 5 PPU , jeżeli Wykonawca zaoferuje produkt równoważny, Zamawiający wymaga, aby do realizacji usługi wsparcia Wykonawca skierował co najmniej 2 osoby posiadające aktualne certyfikaty autoryzowane przez producenta oferowanego rozwiązania, potwierdzające zaawansowaną wiedzę i kompetencje w zakresie świadczenia wsparcia technicznego dla tego rozwiązania. Wykaz osób będzie stanowił załącznik nr 10 do Umowy Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters (SKU RH00002F3), wraz ze wsparciem producenta na poziomie Standard - 6 szt. obowiązujących przez okres 36 miesięcy, liczony od dnia 21.12.2026 r.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania Red Hat OpenShift Platform Plus (MW01622), wraz ze wsparciem producenta na poziomie Standard - 20 szt., obowiązujących przez okres 36 miesięcy, liczony od dnia 21.12.2026 r.
