Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup licencji Windows Server DataCenter lub produktu równoważnego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki jego realizacji Zamawiający określił w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym wraz ze Szczegółowym Opisem Przedmiotu Umowy (dalej: SOPU) załącznik nr 7 do niniejszej SWZ. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby zaoferowany przedmiot zamówienia w tym produkt ICT, usługa ICT lub proces ICT na dzień składania ofert: a) nie były wskazane w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; b) nie obejmowały produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sprawie uznania dostawcy za dostawcę wysokiego ryzyka, o której mowa w art. 67b ust. 15 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, ani usług ICT lub procesów ICT określonych w tej decyzji (jeżeli dotyczy). 4. W niniejszym postępowaniu Zamawiający nie określa wymagań w zakresie zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy, w okolicznościach, o których mowa w art. 95 ustawy Pzp, oraz wymagań w zakresie zatrudnienia osób, o których mowa w art. 96 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp.
