Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: zakup licencji Commvault lub równoważnych w ramach rozbudowy środowiska kopii zapasowych oraz świadczenie Usług Gwarancyjnych i Serwisowych oraz Usługi Wsparcia Eksperckiego. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ). 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy (PPU).
