Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Formularz Cenowy stanowi zał. nr 1a do SWZ. 2. Modernizacja i rozbudowa oprogramowania obrazowego oraz wspomagającego, integracja z PIU CEZ, zakup dedykowanego sprzętu serwerowego wraz z wdrożeniem i utrzymaniem w okresie trwałości - Pakiet nr 2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi zał. nr 2 do SWZ. Formularz Cenowy stanowi zał. nr 2a do SWZ.
