1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Transformacja cyfrowa SPZZOZ w Staszowie” w ramach programu nr KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0025/25 pn.” Zwiększenie efektywności, dostępności i jakości systemu ochrony zdro-wia poprzez transformację cyfrową SPZZOZ w Staszowie” współfinansowanego w ramach Krajowego Pla-nu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności - Inwestycja D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cy-frowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia” będąca elementem komponentu D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia ”tj.: a) Pakiet numer 1 b) Pakiet numer 2 c) Pakiet numer 3 2. Opis zaoferowanego produktu nie powinien budzić żadnej wątpliwości Zamawiającego. Z opisu winno wynikać, że oferowany przedmiot zamówienia jest o takich samych parametrach, jakie wymaga Zamawiający lub lepszych, poprzez dokładne wskazanie parametrów zaoferowanego sprzętu. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają niniejsza SWZ oraz: - Załącznik nr 2 - Parametry wymagane (OPZ) - Pakiety nr 1, 2, 3, - Załącznik nr 3 - Formularz asortymentowo cenowy - Pakiety nr 1, 2, 3, - załącznik nr 4 - Projekt umowy - pakiety nr 1, 2, 3. 4. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści niniejszej SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty został w dokumentacji zamówienia - Załącznik nr 2 - Parametry wymagane (OPZ) / Załącznik nr 3 - Formularz asortymentowo cenowy / załącznik nr 4 - Projekt umowy.
