Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnej infrastruktury informatycznej, która zwiększy poziom cyfryzacji Zamawiającego poprzez wdrożenie e-usług i zaawansowanych systemów ICT usprawniających realizację procesów medycznych. Zamówienie będzie realizowane w Samodzielnym Publicznym Zespole Opieki Zdrowotnej w Hrubieszowie w ramach realizacji projektu pn: Rozwój usług e-zdrowia wraz z rozbudową systemów informatycznych i rozwojem infrastruktury informatycznej w SPZOZ w Hrubieszowie. Mając na uwadze złożoność oraz różnorodny charakter prac przewidzianych w Projekcie, Zamawiający dokonał podziału zamówienia na cztery odrębne Zadania realizacyjne. Zadanie nr 1 - Rozbudowa systemów HIS i LIS wraz z wdrożeniem usług e-zdrowia Zadanie nr 2 - Wdrożenie systemów klasy ERP i EOD Zadanie nr 3 - Dostawa i montaż infrastruktury IT Zadanie nr 4 - Poprawa cyberbezpieczeństwa Wymienione wyżej Zadania stanowią poszczególne elementy przedmiotu zamówienia, które łącznie stanowią jedną całość zamówienia. Podział wynika z konieczności zaangażowania specjalistycznych zasobów dopasowanych do konkretnych zakresów realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia.
