1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest: Rozbudowa i integracja systemów informatycznych w zakresie digitalizacji dokumentacji medycznej, EDM i PUI dla Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej, ul. Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława. 2. Zamówienie obejmuje swoim zakresem 2 części. Zadanie nr 1 - Rozbudowa i integracja systemów informatycznych w zakresie digitalizacji dokumentacji medycznej, EDM i PUI Zadanie nr 2 - Modernizacja systemu RIS/PACS Radpoint do poziomu klastra HA wraz z rozszerzeniem funkcjonalnym systemu Radpoint w zakresie współpracy z PUI 3. Ilości, charakterystykę oraz parametry techniczno-użytkowe przedmiotu zamówienia określono w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - Załącznik nr 2-1 - 2-2 oraz Załącznikach nr 1, 5, 9 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ). Zadanie nr 1 - Rozbudowa i integracja systemów informatycznych w zakresie digitalizacji dokumentacji medycznej, EDM i PUI - zgodnie z Załacznikiem nr 2-1 i 9 do SWZ; Zadanie nr 2 - Modernizacja systemu RIS/PACS Radpoint do poziomu klastra HA wraz z rozszerzeniem funkcjonalnym systemu Radpoint w zakresie współpracy z PUI - zgodnie z Załacznikiem nr 2-2 i 9 do SWZ
