Przedmiotem zamówienia jest podniesienie wersji bazy danych Oracle w Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Specjalistycznym im. Janusza Korczaka w Słupsku Sp. z o. o. przy ul. Hubalczyków 1 z wersji Standard do wersji Enterprise wraz ze wsparciem serwisowym przez okres 36 miesięcy. Zakres przedmiotowy został szczegółowo opisany w załączeniu do niniejszej SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy- Część II SWZ. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera zestawienie parametrów technicznych, warunków gwarancji oraz szkoleń - Część III SWZ. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest m. in. dostarczyć, zainstalować, wdrożyć, skonfigurować i uruchomić przedmiot zamówienia oraz przeprowadzić szkolenie wskazanych pracowników Zamawiającego. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców.
