Edmunda Biernackiego w Mielcu”, w tym: Grupa 1: Modernizacja systemu PACS na PACS VNA z wymaganym sprzętem - 1 kpl. Grupa 2: Zestaw komputerowy z kartą graficzną plus pakiet biurowy - 10 zestawów Przedmiot zamówienia w Grupie 1 obejmuje: -modernizację systemu PACS na PACS VNA z wymaganym sprzętem w Szpitalu Specjalistycznym im. Edmunda Biernackiego w Mielcu - kpl. 1 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w Grupie 1 zawiera Załącznik nr 1-1 do SWZ.; Przedmiot zamówienia w Grupie 2 obejmuje: dostawę: zestawu komputerowego z kartą graficzną plus pakiet biurowy - 10 zestawów do Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Mielcu, spełniającego wymagania określone w SWZ, z instruktażem w zakresie obsługi oferowanego sprzętu - na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy zamontowanie, uruchomienie i oddanie do użytkowania sprzętu w stanie pełnej sprawności technicznej i użytkowej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia w Grupie 2 zawiera Załącznik nr 1-2 do SWZ.
