Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa oraz wdrożenie fabrycznie nowego sprzętu teleinformatycznego i oprogramowania systemowego oraz oprogramowania klasy HIS wraz z budową serwerowni i sieci LAN realizowana w ramach projektu pn. „Poprawa dostępności do świadczeń medycznych poprzez modernizację narzędzi cyfrowych oraz rozwój e-usług w Mazurskim Centrum Zdrowia w Węgorzewie”. 2. Główny zakres rzeczowy zamówienia W ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: 1) Dostawy infrastruktury sprzętowej (serwery, macierze, przełączniki sieciowe, deduplikator, UPSy). 2) Dostawy oprogramowania i licencji (oprogramowanie systemowe oraz oprogramowanie klasy HIS). 3) Budowy serwerowni głównej i modernizacji sieci LAN. 4) Instalacji i konfiguracji sprzętu oraz oprogramowania. 5) Dostarczenia dokumentacji. 3. Szczegółowy opis wymagań technicznych, funkcjonalnych oraz warunków realizacji i serwisu zawiera właściwy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik 10 do SWZ.
