Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa Systemu Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej, rozbudowę posiadanego systemu szpitalnego oraz integrację PUI wraz z instalacją oraz szkoleniem stanowiących nierozerwalną część dostawy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera "Formularz ofertowo - cenowy" oraz "Załączniki 1.1-1.3 - Arkusze wymaganych parametrów technicznych" Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa systemu Elektronicznej Dokumentacji Medycznej o 9 nowych wzorów dokumentów wraz z instalacją oraz szkoleniem stanowiących nierozerwalną część dostawy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera "Formularz ofertowo - cenowy" oraz "Załącznik 1.1 - Arkusz wymaganych parametrów technicznych (Pakiet nr 1)"; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa posiadanego systemu szpitalnego o możliwość elektronicznego podpisu dokumentów za pomocą urządzeń do zbierania podpisów wraz z wymaganymi licencjami i sprzętem, wraz rozładunkiem, instalacją oraz szkoleniem, stanowiących nierozerwalną część dostawy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera "Formularz ofertowo - cenowy" oraz "Załącznik 1.2 - Arkusz wymaganych parametrów technicznych (Pakiet nr 2)"; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa licencji pozwalającej na integrację z PUI wraz z instalacją oraz szkoleniem, stanowiących nierozerwalną część dostawy. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera "Formularz ofertowo - cenowy" oraz "Załącznik 1.3 - Arkusz wymaganych parametrów technicznych (Pakiet nr 3)"
