1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest: Dostawa systemów i urządzeń informatycznych w ramach projektu kompleksowej transformacji cyfrowej dla Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej, ul. Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława. 2. Zamówienie obejmuje swoim zakresem 5 części. Zadanie nr 1 - Dostawa licencji systemu cyberbezpieczeństwa klasy EDR/XDR wraz z usługami Zadanie nr 2 - Dostawa licencji systemu backupu Veeam wraz z usługami Zadanie nr 3 - Zapory sieciowe UTM, ochrona poczty elektronicznej Zadanie nr 4 - Przełączniki sieciowe z systemem zarządzania i systemem kontroli dostępu do sieci Zadanie nr 5 - Serwery 3. Ilości, charakterystykę oraz parametry techniczno-użytkowe przedmiotu zamówienia określono w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - Załącznik nr 2-1 - 2-5 oraz Załącznikach nr 1, 5, 9 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ). Zadanie nr 1 - Dostawa licencji systemu cyberbezpieczeństwa klasy EDR/XDR wraz z usługami - zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2-1 do SWZ; Zadanie nr 2 - Dostawa licencji systemu backupu Veeam wraz z usługami- zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2-2 do SWZ; Zadanie nr 3 - Zapory sieciowe UTM, ochrona poczty elektronicznej- zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2-3 do SWZ; Zadanie nr 4 - Przełączniki sieciowe z systemem zarządzania i systemem kontroli dostępu do sieci- zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2-4 do SWZ; Zadanie nr 5 - Serwery- zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 2-5 do SWZ
