1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania standardowego na okres 12 miesięcy w ilościach maksymalnie: 1) 430 sztuk licencji - pakiet oprogramowania biurowego „Microsoft 365 E5 EEA” lub równoważny; 2) 430 sztuk licencji - pakiet oprogramowania „Microsoft Teams EEA” lub równoważny, 3) 150 sztuk licencji - „Microsoft 365 Copilot” lub równoważny, 4) 85 sztuk licencji - pakiet oprogramowania zabezpieczającego serwery „Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for Servers” lub równoważny. Kryteria równoważności zostały wskazane w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia oraz obowiązki Wykonawcy zostały określone w: 1) opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 3 do SWZ 2) projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Główny przedmiot zamówienia (CPV: Wspólny Słownik Zamówień Publicznych): 48000000-8 Pakiety oprogramowania i systemy informatyczne
