Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje licencja, wdrożenie i nadzór autorski (3 lata): Integracja HIS z Systemem Informatycznym Monitorowania Profilaktyki, Serwer integracyjny HL7, Rozszerzenie EDM o nowe dokumenty ustawowe, Monitoring systemu HIS, Integracja z CeZ - karta leczenia - ucyfrowienie i indeksacja oraz dokumentacja obrazowa - integracja z platformą usług inteligentnych (PUI). Zamówienie obejmuje 2 zakresy: Zakres nr 1: Dostawa oprogramowania wraz z wdrożeniem i nadzorem autorskim; Zakres nr 2: Dokumentacja obrazowa - integracja z Platformą Usług Inteligentnych (PUI). Przedmiot zamówienia jest realizowany w ramach projektu pn. „Wdrożenie e-usług w Szpitalu Specjalistycznym św. Zofii w Centrum Medycznym „Żelazna” sp. z o.o.” w ramach Inwestycji D1.1.2 „Przyspieszenie procesów transformacji cyfrowej ochrony zdrowia poprzez dalszy rozwój usług cyfrowych w ochronie zdrowia” będącej elementem komponentu D „Efektywność, dostępność i jakość systemu ochrony zdrowia” ze środków Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Wspierania Odporności. Umowa nr. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0403/25/KPO/563/2025/405 Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje licencja, wdrożenie i nadzór autorski (3 lata): Integracja HIS z Systemem Informatycznym Monitorowania Profilaktyki, Serwer integracyjny HL7, Rozszerzenie EDM o nowe dokumenty ustawowe, Monitoring systemu HIS, Integracja z CeZ - karta leczenia - ucyfrowienie i indeksacja.
