Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i wdrożenie kompleksowego systemu repertoryjno-biurowego (dalej jako System) wraz z migracją danych z obecnie eksploatowanego systemu repertoryjno-biurowego do Systemu oraz rocznym wsparciem informatycznym i przeprowadzeniem szkoleń dla pracowników Sądu Apelacyjnego w Gdańsku oraz Sądu Okręgowego w Bydgoszczy. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: 1) dostawę Systemu i jego wdrożenie oraz dokonanie migracji danych z obecnie eksploatowanego systemu repertoryjno-biurowego SAWA do Systemu; 2) udzielenie otwartej, niewyłącznej, bezterminowej Licencji bez limitu ilości stanowisk na opisane w OPZ moduły Systemu; 3) przeprowadzenie szkoleń z obsługi Systemu, zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w dokumentach zamówienia; 4) świadczenie usługi opieki informatycznej, dotyczącej Systemu, przez okres 12 miesięcy od dnia wdrożenia Systemu - na rzecz Sądu Apelacyjnego w Gdańsku oraz Sądu Okręgowego w Bydgoszczy. 3. Szczegółowo zakres oraz opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do OFERTY. 4. Szczegółowe warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte zostały we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
