Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i wdrożenie systemu klasy CIS (Clinical Information System) wraz z dostawą niezbędnych urządzeń IT oraz świadczeniem usług serwisowych i gwarancyjnych. Realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia musi obejmować wszystkie działania niezbędne do zapewnienia pełnego, bezpiecznego i prawidłowego funkcjonowania systemu CIS w środowisku Zamawiającego, bez konieczności ponoszenia dodatkowych nakładów organizacyjnych, technicznych lub finansowych. 2. Szczegółowy Przedmiot Zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 2 - OPIS PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA (OPZ) do SWZ.
