Description

Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest dostawa, a następnie wdrożenie Systemu kadrowo-płacowego w Państwowym Gospodarstwie Wodnym Wody Polskie wraz z Migracją Danych i Asystą Powdrożeniową oraz ze świadczeniem Serwisu Utrzymaniowego oraz Usługi Modyfikacji realizowanej w ramach prawa opcji, zgodnie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego określonymi w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ) i Umowie (Załącznik nr 10 do SWZ). Zamawiający przewiduje następujące etapy realizacji zamówienia: Etap 0 - Przygotowanie Projektu, Etap 1 - Analiza, Etap 2 - Budowa Systemu, Etap 3 - Szkolenia, Etap 4 - Start Produkcyjny, Etap 5 - Asysta Powdrożeniowa, Etap 6 - Serwis Utrzymaniowy. Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowany przedmiot zamówienia, w tym wszystkie produkty ICT, usługi ICT oraz procesy ICT wykorzystywane do realizacji zamówienia nie obejmował: a) produktów ICT*, usług ICT lub procesów ICT wskazanych w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 20 i 252), stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa, b) produktu ICT, którego typ został określony w decyzji w sprawie uznania dostawcy za dostawcę wysokiego ryzyka, o której mowa w art. 67b ust. 15 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, lub usługę ICT, lub proces ICT, określone w tej decyzji. Jeżeli Wykonawca zaoferuje rozwiązanie, o którym mowa w pkt 1) lub 2) powyżej, oferta podlegać będzie odrzuceniu na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 17) lub pkt 19) ustawy Pzp. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do złożenia wraz z Formularzem oferty “Wykazu elementów ICT wykorzystywanych podczas realizacji zamówienia”, którego wzór stanowi Załącznik Nr 2c do SWZ. *ICT (z ang.: Information and Communication Technologies) - Technologie Informacyjno-Komunikacyjne
