1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż, dostawa, instalacja i uruchomienie systemu Elektronicznej Karty Intensywnej Terapii wraz z integracją ze sprzętem medycznym i systemem HIS wraz z dedykowanym wyposażeniem informatycznym. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz parametry i funkcjonalności punktowane w ramach kryterium oceny ofert, zostały zawarte w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia), który Wykonawca bezwzględnie powinien złożyć wraz z formularzem oferty (zał. 2 do SWZ) (dalej również jako „FO”). 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sprzedaż, dostawa, instalacja i uruchomienie systemu Elektronicznej Karty Intensywnej Terapii wraz z integracją ze sprzętem medycznym i systemem HIS (zwanego dalej: „Systemem”) wraz z dedykowanym wyposażeniem informatycznym - zwane dalej „sprzętem” 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz parametry i funkcjonalności punktowane w ramach kryterium oceny ofert, zostały zawarte w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia), który Wykonawca bezwzględnie powinien złożyć wraz z formularzem oferty (zał. 2 do SWZ) (dalej również jako „FO”).
