Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i sukcesywne dostawy opatrunków sterylnych - środków hemostatycznych, zgodnie z zamówieniami Zamawiającego. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Wykonawca może zaoferować wyłącznie produkty, które zostały dopuszczone do obrotu i używania zgodnie z wymogami ustawy z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (tj. Dz. U z 2024 poz. 1620) oraz rozporządzeniem parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady UE 2017/745 w sprawie wyrobów medycznych z 5 kwietnia 2017 r. (MDR).
