Description

Sukcesywna dostawa materiałów opatrunkowych. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 40 części określone w SWZ jako pakiety. Dotyczy wszystkich pakietów: Wszystkie produkty muszą być wyrobami medycznymi oraz muszą posiadać właściwe oznakowanie zgodne z art. 10 ust. 11 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/745 z dnia 5 kwietnia 2017 r. w sprawie wyrobów medycznych, zmiany dyrektywy 2001/83/WE, rozporządzenia (WE) nr 178/2002 i rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1223/2009 oraz uchylenia dyrektyw Rady 90/385/EWG i 93/42/EWG i mieć odpowiednie instrukcje używania w języku polskim. Opatrunek leczniczy z kalaminą - dwustopniowy system do kompresjoterapii. W zestawie: 1) warstwa 1 - piankowa warstwa chłonna z kalaminą; wymiary: szer. 7,5 cm (± 0,5 cm), dł. bez rozciągania 5,5 m (± 0,5 m). 2) warstwa 2 - kohezyjny bandaż uciskowy bez lateksu, odporny na działanie wilgoci, przyklejający się bezpośrednio do warstwy 1, wymiary: szerokość 7,5 cm (± 0,5 cm), długość bez rozciągania 3,5 m (± 0,5 m). 3) pończocha nylonowa. Ilość: 400 zestawów
