Description

Sukcesywna dostawa materiałów opatrunkowych. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 40 części określone w SWZ jako pakiety. Dotyczy wszystkich pakietów: Wszystkie produkty muszą być wyrobami medycznymi oraz muszą posiadać właściwe oznakowanie zgodne z art. 10 ust. 11 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2017/745 z dnia 5 kwietnia 2017 r. w sprawie wyrobów medycznych, zmiany dyrektywy 2001/83/WE, rozporządzenia (WE) nr 178/2002 i rozporządzenia (WE) nr 1223/2009 oraz uchylenia dyrektyw Rady 90/385/EWG i 93/42/EWG i mieć odpowiednie instrukcje używania w języku polskim. 1. Opaska dziana podtrzymująca 5 cm x 4 m. Ilość: 500 sztuk. 2. Opaska dziana podtrzymująca 10 cm x 4 m. Ilość: 10 000 sztuk. 3. Opaska dziana podtrzymująca 15 cm x 4 m. Ilość: 9 000 sztuk. 4. Opaska dziana podtrzymująca 10 cm x 4 m JAŁOWA. Ilość: 2 000 sztuk. 5. Opaska dziana podtrzymująca 15 cm x 4 m JAŁOWA. Ilość: 2 500 sztuk. 6. Opaska elastyczna tkana z zapinką 10 cm x 4 m w składzie: min. 50% bawełna, elastil, min. 2% włókno wysokoelastyczne. Ilość: 3 000 sztuk. 7. Opaska elastyczna tkana z zapinką 15 cm x 4 m w składzie: min. 50% bawełna, elastil, min. 2% włókno wysokoelastyczne. Ilość: 3 200 sztuk. 8. Opaska elastyczna tkana z zapinką 15 cm x 4 m JAŁOWA w składzie: min. 50% bawełna, elastil, min. 2% włókno wysokoelastyczne. Ilość: 2 000 sztuk. 9. Opaska gipsowa szybkowiążąca (czas wiązania 4-6 min.); opatrunek gipsowy zachowujący trwałą sztywność przez okres założenia; 10 cm x 3 m (± 0,5 cm) pakowana po 1 lub 2 szt. Ilość: 20 sztuk. 10. Opaska gipsowa szybkowiążąca (czas wiązania 4-6 min.); opatrunek gipsowy zachowujący trwałą sztywność przez okres założenia; 15 cm x 3 m (± 0,5 cm) pakowana po 1 lub 2 szt. Ilość: 20 sztuk.
