1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oleju napędowego w latach 2026-2028 2. Wymogi oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz pozostałej dokumentacji przetargowej, która zostanie zamieszczona na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. Zamawiający w przedmiotowym postępowaniu przewiduje prawo opcji. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oleju napędowego w latach 2026-2028 w ilościach określonych poniżej: 1) Olej napędowy w 2026 roku - RAZEM: 60 000 000 kg (PODSTAWA 44 108 528 kg; OPCJA 15 891 472 kg); 2) Olej napędowy w 2027roku - RAZEM: 65 000 000 kg (PODSTAWA 11 608 528 kg; OPCJA 53 391 472 kg); 3) Olej napędowy w 2028 roku - RAZEM: 70 000 000 kg (PODSTAWA 24 108 528 kg; OPCJA 45 891 472 kg); 2. Wymogi oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz pozostałej dokumentacji przetargowej, która zostanie zamieszczona na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. Zamawiający w przedmiotowym postępowaniu przewiduje prawo opcji.
