Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oleju napędowego w gat. F w ilości do 30 000 m3 w temperaturze referencyjnej 15 0C, w celu wypełnienia dyspozycji art. 3 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 16 lutego 2007 r. o zapasach ropy naftowej, produktów naftowych i gazu ziemnego oraz zasadach postępowania w sytuacjach zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa paliwowego państwa i zakłóceń na rynku naftowym (tekst jednolity: Dz.U. z 2026, poz. 599) (dalej „ustawa o zapasach”). Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, dalej „OPZ” stanowi załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
