5. Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy oleju opałowego lekkiego L - 1 do celów grzewczych spełniającego wymagania określone w PN - C - 96024 : 2020 - 12 - wersja polska i rozporządzeniu Ministra Energii z dnia 01.12.2016 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dotyczących zawartości siarki dla olejów oraz rodzajów instalacji i warunków, w których będą stosowane ciężkie oleje opałowe (Dz.U. 2016, poz. 2008) o parametrach jakościowych i ilościowych: 1) wartość opałowa Qir min. 42,6 kJ/Mg, 2) gęstość w temperaturze15oC: max 860 kg/m3, 3) zawartość siarki: max. 0,1%, 4) temperatura zapłonu min 56oC, 5) temperatura płynięcia max. -20oC, 6) lepkość max. 6,0 mm2/s. Szacunkowa ilość przedmiotu zamówienia: - w ramach zamówienia podstawowego - 230 000 litrów oleju opałowego lekkiego - w ramach prawa opcji +10% - 23 000 litrów oleju opałowego lekkiego
