Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wspólny zakup i sukcesywna dostawa, na rzecz Miejskiego Zakładu Komunikacji w Nysie sp. z o.o., ul. Piłsudskiego 59, 48-303 Nysa, Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Komunalnej „EKOM” sp. z o.o., ul. Piłsudskiego 32, 48-303 Nysa oraz EKONYSA Sp. z o.o. ul. Piłsudskiego 32, 48-303 Nysa, oleju napędowego w ilości szacunkowej 760 m3, w tym 40 m3 o polepszonych właściwościach niskotemperaturowych, o parametrach, zależnie od okresów oznaczonych jako letni, przejściowy i zimowy (typ A) dla krajowych warunków klimatycznych, nie gorszych niż określonych w PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 oraz zgodnych z wymaganiami jakościowymi określonymi w załączniku nr 3 do Rozporządzenia Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 26 czerwca 2024 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dla paliw ciekłych (Dz. U. 2024, poz. 1018) spełniającego następujące wymagania w zakresie posiadanych wartości parametrów fizykochemicznych: a) dla oleju napędowego letniego - B, przejściowego - D, zimowego - F.
