Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia w prowadzonym postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego jest Zakup i dostawa wyróżnień honorowych (kod CPV: 39561133-3). Przedmiot zamówienia wyszczególniono w „Formularzu Cenowym/ Ofercie Wykonawcy” stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, który podzielono na cztery części: 1) Część I - Szable honorowe WP, 2) Część II - Kordziki honorowe SZ RP, 3) Część III - Odznaki honorowe i odznaki tytułów honorowych, 4) Część IV - Buzdygany honorowe i pierścienie generalskie. 2. Wykonawca biorący udział w postępowaniu musi spełniać warunki określone w Rozdziałach V i VII SWZ. 3. Zamawiający w załącznikach nr 5.1-5.4 do SWZ zawarł „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. Szabla honorowa Wojska Polskiego (wzór 1976/2008, oznaczona i ocechowana skrótem wz. 76/08 HWP - wzór z 1976 r., zmodyfikowany w 2008 r.); 1. Kordzik honorowy SZ RP - WL 2. Kordzik honorowy SZ RP - SP 3. Kordzik honorowy SZ RP - MW 4. Kordzik honorowy SZ RP - WS 5. Kordzik honorowy SZ RP - WOT; 1. Odznaka honorowa Wojsk Lądowych 2. Odznaka honorowa Sił Powietrznych 3. Odznaka honorowa Wojsk Obrony Terytorialnej 4. Odznaka Tytułu Honorowego Zasłuzony Żołnierz RP I stopniu (złota) 5. Odznaka Tytułu Honorowego Zasłuzony Żołnierz RP II stopniu (srebrna) 6. Odznaka Tytułu Honorowego Zasłuzony Żołnierz RP III stopniu (brązowa) 7. Odznaka Tytułu Honorowego "Wzorowy Podchorąży" 8. Odznaka Tytułu Honorowego "Zasłużony Żołnierz Obrony Terytorialnej"; 1.
