3. W przypadku, jeżeli przy opisie przedmiotu zamówienia posłużono się wskazaniem znaków towarowych, patentów lub pochodzenia, źródła lub szczególnego procesu, który charakteryzuje produkty lub usługi dostarczane przez konkretnego wykonawcę, należy to rozumieć w ten sposób, że każdorazowo takiemu wskazaniu towarzyszy wyrażenie „lub równoważny". 4. Pod pojęciem „lub równoważny” Zamawiający rozumie oferowanie materiałów gwarantujących realizację zadania w zgodzie z wymaganiami Zamawiającego oraz zapewniających uzyskanie parametrów technicznych nie gorszych od założonych w SWZ. Zastosowanie rozwiązań równoważnych nie może prowadzić do pogorszenia właściwości przedmiotu zamówienia w stosunku do przewidzianych w pierwotnej dokumentacji, ani do zmiany ceny, ani do naruszenia przepisów prawa. Szczegółowy opis znajduje się w załączniku nr 5 - formularz asortymentowo-cenowy, oraz w załączniku nr 6- wymagane parametry
