1. Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie dostawy modułowej platformy pomiarowej do obrazowania ramanowskiego (RS) z mikroskopią sił atomowych (AFM), w związku z projektem pn. "Utworzenie Laboratorium Biomedycznych Spektroskopii Aplikacyjnych (LBSA) w ramach modernizacji i rozbudowy Kampusu Medycznego Kraków-Prokocim", w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Małopolski 2021-2027, Priorytet 1 Fundusze europejskie dla badań i rozwoju oraz przedsiębiorczości, Działanie 1.4 Infrastruktura badawcza sektora nauki, Typ projektu A. Infrastruktura badawcza sektora nauki. Nr umowy: FEMP.01.04-IZ.00-0269/24-00-XXI/57/FE/25. 2. Zgodnie z art. 257 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określający funkcje, parametry techniczne i warunki wymagane przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik A do SWZ, tj. Funkcje, parametry techniczne i warunki wymagane, stanowiący integralną część SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga, aby wszystkie zaproponowane przez Wykonawcę elementy były ze sobą kompatybilne i zapewniały pełną funkcjonalność bez konieczności dodatkowych inwestycji ze strony Zamawiającego. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na pytania Wykonawców.
