1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa mebli laboratoryjnych dla Ogrodu Botanicznego. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: • transport, ubezpieczenie i dostawę mebli, • wniesienie mebli do miejsca wskazanego przez Zamawiającego, • montaż, ustawienie i wypoziomowanie mebli, • podłączenie elementów wyposażenia. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Zał. nr 3 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 4. Wykonawca wraz z ofertą obligatoryjnie składa Zał. 3a do SWZ - Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy, który stanowi część oferty.
