Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy materiałów i asortymentu laparoskopowego dla Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Wielospecjalistycznego im. dr. Jana Jonstona w Lesznie w asortymencie i ilościach określonych w ust.3.3. do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią Załączniki nr 23.3.1÷18 do SWZ „Formularze asortymentowo cenowe” Pakiet 1 - Akcesoria do artroskopii; Pakiet 2 - Siatki do operacji przepuklin; Pakiet 3 - Akcesowria laporoskopowe- nożyczki, graspery, narzędzia; Pakiet 4 - Siatki do operacji przepuklin oraz narzędzie do fiksacji; Pakiet 5 - Akcesoria do laparoskopii kompatybilne z kolumną laparskopową STRYKER; Pakiet 6 - Akcesoria kompatybilne z kolumną laparoskopową KARL STORZ; Pakiet 7 - Akcesoria kompatybilne z diatermią ERBE; Pakiet 8 - Protektory i trokary; Pakiet 9 - Akcesoria laparoskopowe i endoskopowe kompatybilne z torem wizyjnym R.Wolf; Pakiet 10 - Akcesoria do laparoskopii i artroskopii; Pakiet 11 -Trokary, kaniule i zestawy; Pakiet 12 - Akcesoria do laparoskopii i staplery skórne; Pakiet 13 - Elektrody i sondy bipolarne kompatybilne z neuromonitoringiem firmy Inomed Medizintechnik; Pakiet 14 - Staplery skórne i przyrządy do usuwania zszywek; Pakiet 15 - Mankiety uciskowe i taśmy kompatybilne z aparatem Tourniquet 2500; Pakiet 16 - Elektrody i akcesoria do histeroskopu; Pakiet 17 - Lejce naczyniowe i siatki przepuklinowe; Pakiet 18 - Elektrody do diatermii Valleylab
