Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa materiałów szewnych, staplerów oraz siatek chirurgicznych dla 105 Kresowego SzWzP SPZOZ w Żarach, w podziale na 3 części Przedmiotem zamówienia są siatki przepuklinowe, chirurgiczne, objęte częścią nr 1 - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zamieszczony w załączniku nr 7.1 do SWZ - formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym na zasadach określonych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 8a do SWZ.; Przedmiotem zamówienia są szwy wchłanialne i niewchłanialne oraz zestawy specjalistyczne, objęte częścią nr 2 - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zamieszczony w załączniku nr 7.2 do SWZ - formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym na zasadach określonych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 8a do SWZ.; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa staplerów, objęte częścią nr 3 - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zamieszczony w załączniku nr 7.3 do SWZ - formularzu asortymentowo - cenowym na zasadach określonych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 8c do SWZ
