1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wyrobów medycznych stosowanych do ablacji do siedziby Zamawiającego, zwanych dalej „wyrobami medycznymi”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym rodzaj, minimalne parametry oraz ilości przedmiotu zamówienia określa formularz asortymentowo - cenowy stanowiący załącznik nr 1.1 do Formularza ofertowego, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje powierzenie Zamawiającemu w depozyt przedmiotu zamówienia określonego w Załączniku nr 1.1 do Formularza ofertowego oraz jego sprzedaż w ilościach niezbędnych do uzupełnienia depozytu na zasadach określonych we projekcie umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
