1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa sprzętu medycznego jednorazowego użytku dla potrzeb SP ZOZ w Węgrowie. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Formularzu cenowym (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
