Dostawa sprzętu jednorazowego niesterylnego - kołderki grzewcze: 1. Kołderka grzewcza o wymiarach min. 188 cm x 91 cm pod całe ciało pacjenta dorosłego. Kołderka wykonana z polipropylenu. Posiada zintegrowane 2 taśmy przylepne na spodzie kołdry do stabilizacji na stole. Kołderka przepuszczająca promieniowanie rentgenowskie, do użytku u jednego pacjenta. Spełniająca wymóg zawarty w instrukcji obsługi urządzenia do sterowania temperaturą Bair Hugger model 775, będącego w posiadaniu Szpitala, tj: „Urządzenie do sterowania temperaturą Bair Hugger jest przeznaczone do bezpiecznego stosowania WYŁĄCZNIE z elementami jednorazowego użytku Aparatu 3M do terapii grzewczej.” 2. Kołderka grzewcza o wymiarach min. 152 cm x 91 cm (Zamawiający dopuszcza kołderkę grzewczą o wymiarach 152 cm x 81 cm) pod całe ciało pacjenta pediatrycznego. Kołderka wykonana z polipropylenu. Posiada zintegrowaną taśmę przylepną na spodzie kołdry do stabilizacji na stole. Kołderka przepuszczająca promieniowanie rentgenowskie, do użytku u jednego pacjenta.
