Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów i sprzętu medycznego jednorazowego użytku do Szpitala Powiatowego im. Jana Mikulicza w Biskupcu, ul. Armii Krajowej 8, zgodnie z wyszczególnieniem zawartym w ‘Formularzu cenowym’ stanowiącym załącznik do SWZ. parametry jakościowe i ilościowe określono w 'Formularzu cenowym'; Otwarcie ofert nastąpi w poniższy sposób: Zamawiający zaloguje się na platformie e-Zamowienia, przejdzie do szczegółów postępowania, wybierze zakładkę „Oferty/wnioski” i otworzy etap postępowania. System rozpocznie proces odszyfrowywania ofert. Gdy proces się zakończy zostanie wyświetlona lista ofert. Następnie Zamawiający pobierze na swój komputer wszystkie odszyfrowane oferty, które wpłynęły od wykonawców. Niezwłocznie po otwarciu ofert Zamawiający udostępni na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania informacje o nazwach albo imionach i nazwiskach oraz siedzibach lub miejscach prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej albo miejscach zamieszkania wykonawców, których oferty zostały otwarte; cenach lub kosztach zawartych w ofertach.
