1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowej ładowarki kołowej do Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. w Sosnowcu o parametrach nie gorszych niż opisane w SWZ. 2. Ładowarka kołowa winna być fabrycznie nowa, rok produkcji 2026, wolna od wad konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych, wykonawczych i prawnych, spełniająca obowiązujące w Polsce normy i przepisy prawa. 3. Szczegółowy opis znajduje się w Rozdziale II sekcja 1 SWZ.
