Celem niniejszego postępowania jest uzyskanie spójnego, jednorodnego generacyjnie, stabilnego, elastycznego, funkcjonalnego i skalowalnego systemu dźwiękowego umożliwiającego ciągłą produkcję programu radiowego z uwzględnieniem szczególnych funkcjonalności systemu niezbędnych do realizacji zarówno obecnych jak i przyszłych zadań programowych. Konfiguracja systemu winna być oparta o jeden wspólny projekt zawierający konfigurację wszystkich instancji systemu, modułów, sygnałów, funkcji logicznych, funkcji audio, funkcjonalności realizowanych poprzez sygnały GPIO, widoków wyświetlaczy TFT.
