Poland - Portable computers - Supply of computer equipment - 3 parts of the contract

Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych (the Polish Social Insurance Institution) procured the supply of computer equipment, divided into three parts: Part A, Part B and Part C, each covering delivery of 2,200 laptops with additional equipment (laptop, docking station, monitor), for a total of 6,600 sets. The detailed description was set out in Annex No. 8 to the terms of reference. Delivery was to the headquarters at ul. Szamocka 3, 5, 01-748 Warsaw and to 43 branches across the country. The procurement covered ICT products and services under Poland's national cybersecurity law. The bidding deadline of 9 September 2026 has passed and the call is closed.
