Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa tabletów mobilnych do obsługi podpisów cyfrowych dla Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z 2 części. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, ilości oraz warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte są w: 1) Załączniku do SWZ - Formularz oferty, 2) Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), 3) Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ - Projekt umowy. 4. Oferowane przedmioty zamówienia muszą być kompletne, o wysokim standardzie zarówno pod względem jakości jak i funkcjonalności, a także wolne od wad materiałowych, konstrukcyjnych i prawnych. 5. Oferowane przedmioty zamówienia muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu i używania zgodnie z obwiązującymi przepisami prawa. 6. We wszystkich zapisach SWZ oraz jej załącznikach, w których Zamawiający odwołuje się do norm, aprobat, specyfikacji technicznych lub systemów odniesienia bądź wskazane są znaki towarowe, parametry lub źródła pochodzenia (nazwy producentów lub urządzeń), zgodnie z art. 99 ust. 5 oraz art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne. 7. W przypadku asortymentu określonego przy pomocy nazw handlowych Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert na asortyment równoważny pod każdym względem, tj. składu, gramatury, zakresu, spektrum i czasu działania, postaci, funkcji itp. pod warunkiem, że zagwarantują one realizację przedmiotu zamówienia zgodnie z założeniami określonymi w niniejszej SWZ. W przypadku asortymentu równoważnego Wykonawca jest zobowiązany określić jego nazwę handlową, numer katalogowy i nazwę producenta. Wykazanie równoważności zaoferowanego rozwiązania lub rozwiązań równoważnych spoczywa na Wykonawcy. 8. Zamawiający nie zastrzega możliwości ubiegania się o zamówienie wyłącznie przez Wykonawców, o których mowa w art. 94 ustawy Pzp. 9. Zamawiający nie stawia wymagań, o których mowa w art. 96 ustawy Pzp. 10. Zamawiający wymaga, aby zakupiony asortyment był zgodny z zasadą „niewyrządzania znaczącej szkody środowisku” (DNSH - „do no significant harm”). 11. W związku z realizacją zamówienia Zamawiający nie przewiduje obowiązku osobistego wykonania kluczowych zadań zamówienia.
