1. Przedmiotem Umowy Ramowej jest określenie ramowych warunków udzielania i realizacji zamówień udzielanych na podstawie Umowy Ramowej na dostawę wstawek hamulcowych. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Postanowieniach Umowy Ramowej wraz z Umową Wykonawczą (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ). 3. Zakres szczegółowy Zamówienia Wykonawczego oraz wszystkie warunki wykonania Zamówienia Wykonawczego zostaną każdorazowo określone w Zaproszeniu do składania Ofert, zgodnie z § 9 i § 10 Postanowień Umowy. Ramowej (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ).; 1.
