Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa kalendarzy na 2027 r. zgodnie z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 4 do SWZ, formularzem cenowym - załącznik nr 3 do SWZ oraz projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy - załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Kalendarze będące przedmiotem umowy, muszą być fabrycznie nowe, nieużywane. Przedmiot umowy winien być wykonany z nowych elementów, bez śladów uszkodzenia oraz użytkowania, w oryginalnych opakowaniach producenta z widocznym logo, symbolem produktu. Opakowania, w których dostarczone zostaną kalendarze, powinny być opisane w języku polskim w sposób jednoznacznie umożliwiający identyfikację zawartości. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawierają projektowane postanowienia umowy (wraz z załącznikami).
