2.1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest Dostawa radiofarmaceutyków, źródeł promieniotwórczych i zestawów do sporządzania radiofarmaceutyków oraz izotopów do synowiektomii radioizotopowych dla SP ZOZ przy ul. Władysława Truchana 7 w Chorzowie. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje 5 Pakietów.
Pakiet nr 1 - Dostawa radiofarmaceutyku - [18F]FDG (1 pozycja asortymentowa); Pakiet nr 2 - Dostawa radiofarmaceutyku - [18F ]F- Cholina (1 pozycja asortymentowa); Pakiet nr 3 - Źródła promieniotwórcze: generatory radionuklidowe Mo99/Tc99m (2 pozycje asortymentowe); Pakiet nr 4 - Zestawy do sporządzania radiofarmaceutyków (6 pozycji asortymentowych); Pakiet nr 5 - Izotopy do synowiektomii radioizotopowych (7 pozycji asortymentowych)
