Jana Jonstona w Lesznie w asortymencie i ilościach określonych w ust.3.3. do SWZ Pakiet 1- Implanty do kompleksowego zaopatrzenia złamań kończy górnych i dolnych, płytki i gwoździe oraz endoprotezy głowy kości promieniowej; Pakiet 2 - Implanty do kompleksowego zaopatrzenia złamań kończyn górnych i dolnych; Pakiet 3 - Membrany do leczeniu ubytków chrzęstnych; Pakiet 4 - Zestaw do artroskopowej rekonstrukcji więzadła krzyżowego szycia łąkotek rewizji więzadła oraz zaopatrzenia złamań kostki bocznej; Pakiet 5 - Gwoździe odpiętowe; Pakiet 6 - Implanty do złamania kończyny górnej z obojczykiem wraz z drobnymi kośćmi ręki i stopy; Pakiet 7 - Substytut tkanki kostnej i chrząstki stawowej; Pakiet 8 - Zestaw do rekonstrukcji więzozrostu barkowo-obojczykowego; Pakiet 9 - Śruby samowiercące; Pakiet 10 - Endoprotezy całkowite pierwszego stawu śródstopno-paliczkowego; Pakiet 11 - Zestaw do artroskopowej rekonstrukcji więzadła krzyżowego przedniego, pierścienia rotatorów oraz łąkotek; Pakiet 12 - Jednorazowe, sterylne ostrza do aparatu SHAVER typ Formula firmy STRYKER; Pakiet 13 - Implanty do zaopatrywania uszkodzeń tkanek miękkich m.in..
